Most people are not looking to get something for nothing.  They just want to know that their time, effort and investment will pay off.  Even the most generous compensation plans in direct sales take years to return meaningful income.  Nothing speaks louder than a deposit in your bank account unless it’s reoccurring deposits in the bank account – XLR8 provides the platform to make residual earnings within the first 30-days - that is meaningful, refreshing and unique.  
 If people can’t make money – they will leave!  The industry standard for direct sales is a pitiful 17%.  This IS NOT the rejection rate.   Less than 2 of every 10 stay with the business after committing precious time, effort and scarce capital.  Dreadful retention rates are directly tied to one's inability to generate short-term cash. ​
Most direct sales companies do not have access to tools, systems, and processes that automate follow-up efforts.  Transitioning from a full-time job during the day; to a business owner at night, has inherent challenges as the job description in the former is often spelled out, but for the later it is largely uncharted territory.  In the XLR8 Team you will be supported directly by your sponsor.  You will have unfettered access to your coach to assist in the build-out of your business and of course the constant guidance of your business mentor.  The only focus you need is execution!  We have the process, the business model, the talent and the platform - come enjoy the ride with the XLR8 Team.  ​
Due to the business model, software platform and talent in the XLR8 Team, we simply focus you on executing the business model.  As XLR8 team members execute the business model their residual earnings begin compounding.  Once you have established your business, you will have the opportunity to introduce multiple product lines throughout your distribution channel which allows you to qualify for multiple compensation plans at the same time.  Approximately every quarter a new product or service offering will be introduced to your distribution channel – earning potential, limitless. ​

Short Term Cash

Short Term Cash can only be available if a well-measured business model exits and there is earning potential within the first 30-days. Residual commissions are paid on the following.
1. Direct Sales
    a. Online – via web
    b. Corporate Reseller – securing commercial clients
    c. Independent – recruiting others to the XLR8 opportunity

2. Indirect residual
commissions paid on the efforts of those you've recruited into the XLR8 team, with earnings down 3-levels- this has a compounding multiplier effect on residual earning.

3. MLM Partners

OEM - unlimited scope to introduce new products into the existing sales channel as a secondary source of earnings; on a second commission structure, scale and repeat to a third and fourth etc.  *Direct and indirectly sales do NOT produce the same residual earnings*

Unsettling Retention Rates ​

Pitiful retention and Short-term cash are NOT issues once XLR8 team members can generate meaningful residual earnings within the 1 st 30-days.

Each member of the XLR8 team is enabled with an exclusive world-class software platform that automates the follow-up process so nothing falls between the cracks.

Sales & Distribution Channel

Once the XLR8 team members have made money, retention is of no concern with a dynamic exclusive software platform follow-up becomes timely &amp; measured, at this point the business introduces a unique product with its own compensation plan to leverage all of your hard work and efforts thus far. Once the initial product begins to generate meaningful residual earnings then a second product line can be introduced with a third commission structure etc. simply scale and repeat without a cap on earning potential.
